Cadaqués is a municipality in the north-east of Spain in the comarca of Alt Empordà in the province of Girona in the region of Catalonia, which is headed by Barcelona. Cadaqués is only 40 kilometres from Cerbère, the first French town, 75 kilometres from Girona and 170 kilometres from Barcelona.
