Lille is a city in northern France located very close to the Belgian border, which is situated on the banks of the river Deûle. Lille is a European economic centre, which has developed considerably since the 1990s.

What to visit in Lille?

During your stay in the capital of Northern France, you can visit many places. Where to park in Lille?

There are 3 different types of parking zones in Lille. The orange and yellow zones have the highest rates, the difference being that the orange zone doesn't have a resident rate and the green zone has the lowest rates and is free between 12:30 and 2:00 pm but is located further from the city center.

Where to park around the Old Lille?

The Old Lille area is mostly paying to park. However, you can find a free zone a little further away but limited in terms of space. So, to walk around this area of Lille and avoid the stress of finding a parking space, we advise you to book your parking in advance with Parkimeter.

Where to park around the Parc de la Citadelle? The Parc de la Citadelle is located between the Vauban district and the Old Lille district. It is a perfect area to park and enjoy Lille on foot. Where to park around Lille Flandres and Lille-Europe train stations?

The city of Lille has environmental restrictions on vehicle traffic (LTZ or ZTL in some countries, ZFE in French). The LTZ is only accessible to authorized vehicles during specific hours.
