The area formed by Pier 1 and the corner of Piers 1 and 2 was granted in 2005 to Marina de la Farola S.A. for construction and subsequent operation, with commercial, leisure and recreational uses. This concession was transferred to Muelle Uno S.A., which has been managing the space since its opening in 2011. It is an open shopping centre with numerous bars and restaurants (surface area of approximately 7,500 m²), as well as shops and boutiques (surface area of approximately 2,500 m²); it is also a space where events and concerts take place and a craft market, with a public use surface area of approximately 29,000 m². It also has an underground parking area of approximately 32,000 m².
