Indications
This car park offers a free shuttle service to/from terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Frankfurt Airport.
ARRIVAL:
Please arrive at least 3.5 hours before your flight to access the car park. If you arrive early and there is no shuttle bus, you can wait outside the car park.
In case of delay, please call.
After you have parked and completed the formalities, your luggage will be loaded and the free 24/7 shuttle bus will take you to the airport in 15 minutes.
RETURN:
After collecting your luggage, please call the number shown in your confirmation email to be picked up and go back to the parking area.
MEETING POINTS:
Unless otherwise agreed on the phone call, the pick-up/drop-off meeting points for the shuttle are:
T1: Departure Level, Hall C, Gate 7 (C7)
T2: Departure/arrival level, Hall E, Gate 8 (E8)
Child seats, baby carriers and luggage transport are included. From 22:00 to 06:00 a night surcharge of €20 applies to be paid on site.
Parking access system
When you enter the car park please show your confirmation at the control booth.
Transfer
Transportation to the terminal is included using the parking shuttle.
