If no staff are available, you can contact Saba Customer Service, available 24 hours a day, via the intercom system located on the automatic pay stations. Simply bring your booking voucher and Telepass device with you, or provide the license plate number of the car registered on UnipolMove.
Please, note that if you have a Telepass or similar device it is advised to remove it or block it before entering the parking lot to avoid an unwanted double charge.
