ZBE Rondes de Barcelona (LEZ or ZTL in some countries) is an area of over 95 km², comprising Barcelona and the municipalities surrounding the ring road, which applies environmental restrictions to vehicle traffic. Please note that a booking is not an authorization.

From Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, only ecological vehicles and those with the environmental label B or C of the Spanish Traffic Authority -DGT- are allowed to circulate here.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the DGT environmental label.

To drive there without being ticketed, all foreign vehicles must register and pay the corresponding tax.

In Barcelona car parks can NOT authorize access to the LTZ and you need to be registered.

Indications

Your number plate will be read when you arrive at the car park and the barrier will open. If it does not open, take a ticket to open it or call the information button on the barrier for remote assistance. Then go down to floor -1 and park in a free space.

If you arrive at night or on a public holiday and the barrier is closed, call the control centre or use the intercom next to the barrier. Identify your reservation to be opened and follow the procedure described above.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Please exit the car park via the pedestrian entrances located at 23 Riera Alta or 4 Erasme Janer. When returning, enter from any of these accesses using the ticket taken at the entrance on the intercom reader or by calling the Control Centre in order to enter.

EXIT BY CAR: (4 Erasme Janer Street): go to the exit barrier and ask to be opened. If you prefer, you can ask the car park staff to provide you with a QR card that allows you to enter and exit freely during your stay.
