Indications
A professional driver will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival/departure.
Meeting point: The Stoke Inn (BS40 8XE), where the parking area office is located.
Please, park your vehicle and meet the driver inside the premises to complete the paperwork. An employee will then take your vehicle keys and transfer you to Bristol Airport.
On return, once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please call the number shown in the voucher. The driver will also call you once you have landed. Then, the employee will drive you from the 'Drop and Go' car park at the airport, which is located to the left of the departure/arrivals terminal.
If you only have hand luggage, please ensure you call when you have arrived at Passport Control. This will then be the point at which an employee heads up to you to pick you back up from the Drop and Go car park.
