Book a parking spot in Terminals Parking Heathrow T2 T3 T5 - Valet car park

Indications

Drive directly to your terminal and a professional driver will take the keys and drive your vehicle it to the parking lot.

To enjoy the exclusive valet service please remember to call 30 minutes in advance to the phone number you will find in the booking confirmation email. Also remember to call back on your arrival, the driver will return the keys and the vehicle at the meeting point.

MEETING POINT INSTRUCTIONS:
TERMINAL 2 (TW6 1EW)
Follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay, go through the tunnel and once out, head up the ramp. Stay on the right-hand lane for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. Remember to hand the ticket to the driver later. Entering the car park on Level 4, follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking Meet & Greet, and then park your vehicle in "Row A or B".

TERMINAL 3 (TW6 1QG)
Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay, go through the tunnel and once out keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark. Stay on the right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. Remember to hand the ticket to the driver later. Drive to Level 4, and park your vehicle in ROW “A or B”.

TERMINAL 5 (TW6 2GA)
Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay, and stay to the right for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up. Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Return T5 signs and after the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4. Keep left and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. Remember to hand it to the driver later. You’ll enter the short-stay car park on Level 4 at this point. Proceed to Rows R or S.

EV charge is not included in the reservation rate. If you have an electric vehicle and want to charge, you can ask for it and pay directly in the parking lot.
