Drive directly to your terminal and a professional driver will take the keys and drive your vehicle it to the parking lot.

To enjoy the exclusive valet service please remember to call 30 minutes in advance to the phone number you will find in the booking confirmation email. Also remember to call back on your arrival, the driver will return the keys and the vehicle at the meeting point.

MEETING POINT INSTRUCTIONS:
TERMINAL 4 (TW6 3XA)
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay, go up the ramp and follow the sign for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Car Park 4. Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, keep your right and take a ticket from the barrier machine. Remember to hand the ticket to the driver later. Drive down the ramp to Level 2, following signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in Rows E or F.

EV charge is not included in the reservation rate. If you have an electric vehicle and want to charge, you can ask for it and pay directly in the parking lot.
