Where to park in Lisbon?

Lisbon is Portugal's capital and most populous city. Already known for its heavy traffic congestion, Lisbon is a city where finding parking is also increasingly difficult. Fortunately, we have the solution.

More and more Lisboners are fighting every day for a parking space. Besides having to spend sometimes even hours to find a place, people end up leaving their car badly parked or too far away, forcing them to leave home earlier the next day and always be late.

This is not a recent problem, but it has been getting worse, being a constant concern for residents and a major constraint for people visiting the city either for business or tourism.

Residents have been claiming their right to priority parking, calling for resident-only parking areas, so when visiting the city, you are likely to come across several areas where you will not be able to park without a resident permit.

The alternatives for those who no longer know where to look for parking spaces are to park incorrectly, which we do not recommend because the streets are often watched, and even to sleep in the car.

So that you don't have to go through all this trouble, book with us. At Parkimeter we offer you a wide selection of car parks in the capital.

Choose to leave your car in a safe place with the guarantee that you won't have to waste hours looking for a space and that it will be well parked.

Limited traffic zones

Parking in Lisbon is divided into numerous zones. To understand which zone or zones you're staying in, it's best to consult the zones map on the internet.
