Madrid Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label.
If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.
Please note:
- The reservation is not an authorization
- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.

Indications
On the way out, 30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the telephone number you will have received in your booking. The driver, dressed in blue, will be waiting for you in the central lane of the departure area (SALIDA) of the Madrid-Chamartín-Clara Campoamor station.
On your return, 30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the same telephone number. On your arrival, the driver with your vehicle will be waiting for you for the delivery.
Please note that in the event of an unjustified change to the pick-up or drop-off time at the railway station, the car park may charge an additional fee in accordance with its tariffs.
