Covered car park in the Simancas district of Madrid. It is a 1-minute walk from Calle de Alcalá, Calle de Arturo Soria and Ciudad Lineal metro station. The Alcalá Norte shopping centre is also just a few metres away. A 10-minute walk away is the Quinta de los Molinos Park and the El Hormiguero offices.
It is an area full of hotels and restaurants. If you have to go to another part of the capital, you won't have any problem because there are several metro and bus stations nearby.
Madrid Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label.
If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.

- The reservation is not an authorization
- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.
