Access from Plaza España:
The parking lot is located in an area subject to traffic restrictions. If local policemen do not allow you to enter the area, show them your reservation on your mobile phone or card and explain that you are going to the car park.
WARNING:
When you arrive at the parking lot an operator will be waiting for you at the entrance.
Show the reservation to validate it and follow his instructions to leave the vehicle in the lift.
Important
As this is an automated garage, you must check that the vehicle meets the following conditions:
Height: 1.8 m, length: 5 m, width: 2 m.
Weight: 1.800 kg. Minimum space between the ground and the trolley: 10 cm.
Your vehicle can only be fitted with roof racks if they are integrated. If you have a roof rack or if the roof bars can be removed, you must remove them before entering the vehicle.
If your car is a large Land Cruiser, a large Mercedes Vito, an Audi Q7 with extras or a Range Rover Vogue, you must find an alternative, you will not be able to access the car park.
