Marquês is one of the main points of the city. Right in its garden is the Marquês underground which has a connection from São João to Vila Nova de Gaia. Besides the metro, there are several bus connections.
The park is on the street parallel to Rua da Constituição and next to the parish church Senhora da Conceição.
The Santa Maria Hospital is 5 minutes away on foot.
It is an excellent area to visit Porto's traditional restaurants and you can also choose to walk down to Baixa.
