The Zenpark Place Carnot - Lessard car park is located in the city of Rouen, in northwestern France, in the Normandy region. It is a historic city on the banks of the Sena River. The car park is located in the Saint-Sever district, a residential and commercial area of Rouen, so there are multiple public transport options nearby. The nearest metro is the Joffre-Mutualite stop, which is a 9-minute walk away. There you will also find the light metro, something similar to a tram. Right next to the Zenpark Place Carnot-Lessard car park there are two bus stops: Bammerville and Lafayette.
