The Iradier Arena is also known as the Plaza de Toros de Vitoria-Gasteiz and is located in the capital of the Basque Country region. The city is located in the province of Araba and is currently inhabited by around 250.000 inhabitants.

The Iradier Arena was inaugurated in 1941 and is currently used for public performances, bullfights and basketball games. The imposing building, which was modernised and extensively renovated in 2006, can hold a total of 10.000 spectators.
