The Jardines 16 parking in the center of Madrid is located just a few steps from Gran Vía, amidst important places and venues in the area such as Wurlitzer, Teatro Principe Gran Vía, hotels like H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique, Eurostars Casa de la Lírica, or Petit Palace Alcalá, and also close to Lefties and Moondance Madrid.
If your vehicle is a van but your reservation is for a car, upon arrival at the parking lot, you will need to pay the price difference.
Madrid Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label.
If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.

- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.

Indications
From Cibeles, go up Alcalá street, turn right along Virgen de los Peligros street and then turn first to the left along Aduana street to Montera street. Turn right on Montera (it's pedestrian, but you can drive) and turn right again on Jardines street, where the parking lot is.
