If you are looking for a secure parking space in the heart of Madrid, in the Malasaña district, the Fuencarral car park, which is 100% automated, is the best choice.
When you arrive at the car park, please place the car in the garage at street level and don't worry about anything else, in 2 minutes your car will be parked without anyone accessing it.
The car park is located on a busy street, close to shops and the San Ildefonso market and right next to the courthouse. It is also very well connected to public transport: the Tribunal metro station (L1 and L10) is very close to the car park.
Madrid Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label.
If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.

- The reservation is not an authorization
- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.

Since this is an automated car park, you must check that your vehicle meets the following conditions:
- Maximum height: 1.9 m,
- Maximum length: 4,9 m,
- Maximum width: 2.10 m,
- Maximum authorized weight: 1.500 kg,
- Minimum space between the ground and the car: 10 cm,
- Load per wheel: 375 kg.
Your vehicle can have roof-mounted load bars only if they can be removed.
