Parking in Paris Center

Paris is a city full of charm that is worth visiting. Although it is ideal to explore on foot, you might want to leave your car in the center to walk to the main attractions. The center of Paris is known as Île de la Cité, the zero point of the City of Light. There you will find the Notre Dame Cathedral. Moreover, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Seine at sunset. If you want to go shopping, Boulevard Saint Michel starts there, so parking in the center of Paris is the best option to have your starting point there.

We recommend parking your vehicle at SAEMES Lagrange Maubert or SAEMES Hôtel de Ville, both are very secure parking lots located in the heart of the city. They are the preferred choice of tourists, as they offer very attractive rates. You can park for a whole day from just 30 euros.

Street Parking in the Center of Paris

Do you prefer to park on the street? At Parkimeter, we want you to have all the information to make the best possible decision. To park on the street in Paris, you need to know that the search can be quite tricky. In general, cars cannot park in the red lines of this city, and parking spaces reserved for cars are paid, with the price varying depending on the district you are in: in the case of the center, the price will be around 6 euros per hour. At night, from 8:00 PM, parking is free. On Sundays, it is free all day.

As you can see, parking on the street is neither the most economical nor the safest option, so unless it is for a short period (or on Sundays), it is best to opt for a parking lot.

To secure your parking space, it is best to book your parking in Paris in advance. Through Parkimeter, you can do it in just two clicks through the website or app. Moreover, we have the best customer service in case you have any questions.

Parking in Paris at the Eiffel Tower

If you want to park your car near the iconic monument of the French capital, Parkimeter has the best options for you. You can opt to park at the Castorama Tour Eiffel, on Boulevard de Grenelle, a 2-minute walk from the monument.

It usually costs around 16 euros per day, but you must book it in advance and check the price on our website or app.

Remember that the Orsay Museum is located in that area, where you can admire some masterpieces by famous painters such as Van Gogh. Another must-see place nearby is a walk through the Champ de Mars park.

Must-See Places in Paris If you are visiting Paris for a few days, besides the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower, you might not have many other things in mind. Don't worry, Parkimeter has done this work for you. Here is a list of attractions you must see in Paris.
