The Serrallo parking is located in the Muelle de la Costa in the Tarragona harbour, where the biggest catalan fishing fleet operates. At less than 2 minutes walking you'll find the Muelle de Pescadores (the fishermen's wharf), where you will be able to enjoy its many restaurants. The parking is also near the Tarragona's Royal Sailing Club.
